3 Delicious Flavors of Overnight Oats 👉packed with nutrition and yuminess 😋!! So satisfying and easy to make, this Oatmeal breakfast is loaded with fibre, protein and antioxidants. And it’s really a decadent treat in disguise of healthy breakfast !! It’s so tasty that sometimes I make extra just to devour as a dessert after meal 😍! INGREDIENTS MANGO OATS *1/2 cup Oats (rolled/ quick) *1/2 tbsp Chia seeds ( if you don’t have chia seeds, replace them with powdered flaxseeds or feel free to skip ) *2 tbsp chopped Dates or other sweetener like maples syrup/ honey/ jaggery *1/3 cup chopped Mango and some more for toppings *1/2 cup Soya Milk or any plant based or regular milk of your choice *some chopped nuts and pomegranate seeds for toppings INSTRUCTION 1- In a drinking glass/ bowl, add oats followed by chia seeds, dates, mango and milk. Give a good mix and refrigerate overnight. 2- For toppings, add more chopped mangoes, pomegranate seeds and nuts ( feel free to replace them with your choice of fruits and nuts ). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE OATS *1/2 cup Oats (rolled/ quick) *1 tbsp Chia seeds ( if you don’t have chia seeds, replace them with powdered flaxseeds or feel free to skip ) *1/4 tsp Cinnamon powder *1 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa powder *1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey *2 tbsp chopped Dates or other sweetener like maples syrup/ honey/ jaggery *1/3 cup sliced Bananas and some more for topping *1/2 cup Soya Milk or any plant based or regular milk of your choice *some dark chocolate chips (I’ve used 70% dark) and chopped nuts for toppings INSTRUCTIONS 1- In a drinking glass/ bowl, add oats followed by chia seeds, cinnamon powder, bananas, dates, maple syrup and milk. Give a good mix and refrigerate overnight. 2- For toppings, add more sliced bananas, dark chocolate chips and nuts ( feel free to replace them with your choice of fruits and nuts ). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INGREDIENTS ROSE OATS *1/2 cup Oats (rolled/ quick) *1/2 tbsp Flaxseeds powder (if you don’t have flaxseeds, replace them with chia seeds or feel free to skip ) *1 tbsp edible dried Rose leaves or add rose water *1 tbsp desiccated Coconut *2 tbsp chopped dates or other sweetener like maples syrup/ honey/ jaggery *1/4 cup Grapes and some more for toppings *3/4 cup Soya Milk or any plant based or regular milk of your choice *some sliced bananas and chopped nuts for toppings INSTRUCTIONS 1- In a drinking glass/ bowl, add oats followed by powdered flaxseeds, dates, sliced grapes, rose leaves, desiccated coconut and milk. Give a good mix and refrigerate overnight. 2- For toppings, add sliced bananas, grapes and chopped nuts ( feel free to replace them with your choice of fruits and nuts ).
