Drumstick soup for weight loss made without pressure cooker is an easy to make winter special healthy soup recipe which can be enjoyed by the whole family. This weight loss soup is diabetic friendly, does not contain cornflour, cream or milk. Its super easy to make and healthy, drumstick soup recipe. This Drumstick soup or Saijan Ki phalli soup. Loaded with iron,vitamins and valuable minerals this soup is full of health benefits. Include this soup in your diet twice a week and boost up your immune system with this flavorful and aromatic soup recipe. Serves- 2 soup bowls Ingredients : 6 drumsticks Salt Water 2-3 tsp Lemon juice Method : a) Wash and peel 6 drumsticks. Cut them into medium size pieces. b) Now add 1 and ½ glass of water in a pressure cooker and ½ tsp salt.Add the drumsticks to the water c) Pressure cook it until 3-4 whistles. d) Grind the boiled drumsticks with the help of a hand blender. Don’t blend it too much. Just slightly is good. e) Strain the mixture using a strainer. Separate the pulp nicely. Add little water and separate the pulp as much as possible. f) Now place a pan on the gas stove and put on the flame. Transfer the drumsticks stock to a pan g) Bring this stock to boil. Add salt as per taste,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,2-3 tsp lemon juice. Give everything a very nice mix. Healthy Drumstick soup is ready to serve.
