Can you be Both a Warm and a Cool Skintone? How would I figure out what color is Best for me? Choosing a Foundation can be Difficult to Find that Perfect Shade, that Matches Just Right! Knowing the Color Theory Rules for Foundation will help you Pick that Foundation you feel Confident In! Cool Foundation/Undertones are Red and Blue That doesn't mean that you are Red or Blue but you do carry those properties in the Undertones of your skin! If you are a Cool you have Pink Rosy undertones you probably get Sun Burn and you look Best in White rather than Cream ( you may also be able to see the viens on your inner wrist) Warm Foundation/Undertones are Yellow and Red That doesn't mean that you are Yellow or Red But you do carry these properties in your Skins Undertones! If you are a Warm you Have Olive Golden Honey undertones you proably Tan easily, you Look Better in Cream than White Neutral Skin tones can have all of these Undertones with is a Difficult match! but not hopeless Mixing a Foundation or find a Color that is a Neutral which MAC has available! 　 I suggest going to a Makeup Counter/Sephora or Ulta and getting Matched then Go outside and Look in a Mirror to see what you Look like in Natural Light. Natural Light will Never Lie to you lol its True Light! Also try Striping a Warm and Cool Foundation on your Cheek close to the Jawline, Makesure your Face is Clean! Let the Foundation sit for a Minute and the one that Match your undertones will match and Melt in to your Skin and the Other Color of Foundation Will Stand Out and Look Bad If Both Foundations Match You are a Neutral go for whatever Color you like best and then choose a Powder that is the opposite of your Foundation so you can Balance out your Color you are more likely to Change Prominate Undertones. Example: if you buy a Cool Foundation then go for a Powder that is a Warm or Neutral Now Take Everything I Just Said and REVERSE It for MAC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the Opprotunity to match Every Skintone in my Region when I worked at MAC and Estee Lauder but time and time again at Estee Lauder I couldn't match Darker Skintones the Foundations just weren't there so I would send those Customers to MAC Because they Have Quality Products for an Affordable Price! @ MAC there wasn't ONE TIME I couldn't match someones Foundation! that is a BEAUTIFUL Thing!
