Tam Wrigley's video: BEDROOM MAKEOVER ON A BUDGET

So I decided to tackle the easy rooms first. Upstairs in the main house there are 3 bedrooms with a study or 4th bedroom. In this weeks episode, I take on the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with the study nook. As the main bedroom and en-suite hasn’t been completed yet, I’ll do that reveal later on. These rooms had a bit of termite damage to the architraves and ceiling joins, so I had to remove and replace the damage in all rooms. All rooms also had dated wall mounted air conditioning units that clearly had seen better days. I removed them from the walls and patched up the old holes. In the 3rd bedroom where the old AC was, I replaced with window opening to give the room more light. I’m all about recycling where I can, so I popped down to the local salvage yard and picked up a decent window for $44. In the study, I took out the old shelving which really opened up this space. Again, I repurposed the old lounge room door and converted it into a barn door for the study.
