Today I am sharing a lunch idea with you...this is a wrap/taco that I have been eating for the last 3-4 months...you can change this up and create MANY different MACRO friendly lunches. Remember PROTEIN is the most important of all your Macros...I concentrate on Protein and Fiber...the fats and carbs fall into place. It is also OK to eat more than 30 grams of protein in one meal...it is a MYTH that our bodies cannot absorb more at each meal...If you are healthy individual who does NOT have an existing kidney problem...it is OK...ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE DOING ANY THING if you have an EXISTING HEALTH Issue.
