In this video, I talk about some of the problems people experience when switching to natural deodorant as well as the formula that I use to make a homemade spray. It is a simple recipe: A mixture of magnesium oil and witch hazel, with a few drops of essential oils. How much magnesium oil you use depends on whether or not you are sensitive to it as well as how strong your body odor is. Tea tree oil is my number one recommendation to add in, although there are many other combinations you can experiment with to find the right scent for you. Just remember, only a few drops of each!
