The Poet: Abdul Rauf عبدالرؤف , popularly known as Adeeb Saharanpuri ادیب سہارنپوری (takhallus Adeeb) was born in Saharanpur سہارنپور , UP (British India). After the creation of Pakistan, he moved to Karachi کراچی , Sindh سندھ (Pakistan) in 1949. He for some time worked as a librarian at the Pakistan Navy Central Library. He was a founding member of Pakistan Writer's Guild ادارہِ مصنفین پاکستان , Karachi Circle.
