15 से 20 min मे बनाये 1/2 कप बेसन और 1 कप सूजी से जालीदार ढोकला बिना सिट्रिक एसिड, सोडा और चीनी के | No Fail Spongy Khaman Dhokla घर मे स्पंजी ढोकला बनाने का आसान तरीका | खमण ढोकला/जालीदार ढोकला, मसाला किचन की गुजराती रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | इंस्टेंट ढोकला/सूजी बेसन ढोकला, रसवाला खमण,गुजराती खमण ढोकला/हेल्दी नाश्ता/बाजार जैसा ढोकला बनाने का आसान तरीका | कढ़ाई में ढोकला बनाने का तरीका | सबसे आसान ढोकला रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: For Dhokla: * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1/2 Cup * Semolina (सूजी) - 1 Cup * Curd (दही) - 1 Cup * Water (पानी) - 1 Cup * Salt (नमक) - As per taste * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 2 Pinch * Eno Fruit Salt (ईनो फ्रूट सॉल्ट) - 1 Sachet For Tadka: * Oil (तेल) - 1-2 Tsp * Black Mustard seeds (राई) - 1/2 Tsp * Sesame seeds (तिल) - 1/2 tsp * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 4-5 * Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) RECIPE: In a pan, put some Water and place a ring, cover it and keep it for boiling. Take a Cake tin, grease some oil, and keep it aside. For Dhokla Batter, in a bowl, put some Gram Flour, Salt, Turmeric Powder, whisked Curd in it & mix it in a one direction for 5 mins. Cover it & keep it for 10-15 mins. After then whisk it again for some time. Put Baking Powder, some Eno Fruit Salt in batter & mix it again. Put the Dhokla Batter in a greased tin and keep the tin in the pan. Cover it & give it steam on high flame for 15 mins. Check it by using a toothpick, then turn the flame off and keep the ready Dhokla for cooling down for 15 mins. Then take it out on a plate and cut it into pieces. For Tadka, put Oil, Mustard Seeds, long chopped Green Chilies & Curry Leaves. Then put some Water, Sugar, Salt, some Lemon Juice. When Sugar gets melted, turn off the flame & put the Tadka on the Dhokla. Garnish the Spongy Dhokla with Coriander Leaves & Desiccated Coconut and enjoy it. For Dry Dhokla, in a pan, put Oil, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, long chopped Green Chilies, Curry Leaves, Salt, Red Chili Powder in it and mix it. Add Dhokla Pieces, some Water mix them and cook a little bit. Garnish the Spongy Dhokla with Desiccated Coconut, Coriander Leaves & Namkeen/Sev and enjoy the Dhokla with Green Chutney.
