PREVENT VAGINAL INFECTION! There are many ways to prevent one from getting a vaginal infection. These are things you should incorporate into your lives on a daily basis, to avoid getting unnecessary infections. Tips to prevent vaginal infections: 1. Wear cotton innerwear, Comfortable garments and avoid wearing tight garments for long periods of time. 2. Practice good personal hygiene. Dont overdo personal Hygiene. If you do sweat a lot, make sure to change your inners atleast twice a day. 3.Avoid perfumed deodorant sprays, scented tampons and vaginal douches. 4. Take probiotics. 5. Practice safe sex. 6. Hydrate yourselves well. 7. Wash clothes well and dry them in the sun, avoid using towels that have not dried out well enough. 8. Avoid hot tubs and extra hot baths. Hot and damp are never your friends. 9.IF you have recurrent infections, pls check your diabetic status. 10. DO NOT SELF DIAGNOSE and take over the counter medications, because the tight treatment only will prevent recurrence and avoid the probability of pelvic inflammation diseases.
