I decided to max out for the last time before my comp. Smashing our legs to pieces by working up to a one rep max. After hitting a 20kg PB 2 weeks ago when I managed to squat 220kg and fail 230kg. I build a solid plan to make sure I hit 230kg which I did. 240kg found its way on the bar and you know what happened next...
