I’ve chosen this video and the following info: “ can be a right….Gift 😂 Now let’s be honest, we have all seen some press ups.  And that’s no ones fault.  But until we actually understand & apply solid foundation; our efforts are vain and have no positive impact. After my son was born three months ago I struggled to get my press up back to the level it was before pregnancy. But there is something to learn in that. So…Here are my tips for your press-up: ❎STOP looking at what others are doing. They do not have any idea what you feel when you are performing a press up and they have probably been doing press ups for a very long time or have been injured.  So concentrate on you and your form. ✅This is the perfect time to practice . Your body is telling you a message through your press up… so listen to it. ❎ is NOT weakness.  This idea of doing your press up on your knees is a sign of weakness it absolute bullshit.  Get rid of that idea before you hurt yourself.  It is better to do 5 perfect knees down press ups than it is to do 20 very bad,uncontrolled press ups. ✅Engage your core and squeeze that pelvis.  The back should not be the one lifting you, so this takes any excess weight from your back. ❎If you are tired…REST!  Rest is the best thing you can give your body when it is telling you to stop.  Again it’s not a weakness and you should be able to determine whether it’s fatigue or laziness that’s stopping you.  There is no shame in rest. ✅Press with your arms and shoulders.  At no time should you be lifting with your back.  NEVER.  So regress or rest to stop it.
