Gamer's can, with a little encouragement become exactly the problem solvers we need for so many of the worlds problems. A game by the name of EteRNA - RNA capitalized in reference to RyoNuclericAcids which players were supposed to fold on the game, and the developers would physically create the RNA in a lab. Sadly, none of the RNA was successful. They thought the game was a flop, until the gamer's told them to release the data, and let them see the results. After this was done, the forums, reddit posts, videos etc exploded and they discussed and analysed each other's data. The next round, was successful. A video game was able to teach gamer's how to fold RyoNuclericAcids. A remarkable feat indeed http://www.eternagame.org/web/about/ | TechForEarth embodies this.
