UPI New Rules By NPCI | 30% Transaction Cap on Third Party UPI Apps Like Google Pay and PhonePe NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) has announced new rules to put a cap on the volume transactions of single upi app can process. According to NPCI New UPI Rules there will be 30% transaction volume cap (limit) on the number of transactions any upi app can process. App Like Google pay, There are almost more than 21 upi apps in india like Google pay, Phonepe, Paytm and Amazon pay.The majority of upi transaction 80% are driven by google pay and phonepe only. Recently launched whatsapp payment will also got affected by this rule but old payment app paytm will not be affected because it is not third party upi app. Paytm has its own paytm bank.
