Do the following steps to deactivate your Facebook account: Step 1: Open Facebook App. Step 2: Tap the menu button at the top right-hand corner. Step 3: Scroll down and click on "Account Settings," then Click "Security." Step 4: Click on "Deactivate" at the bottom right. You’ll be prompted to re-enter your password. Step 5: Enter your password and then click on "Continue." Step 6: Now choose a reason why you want to deactivate your Facebook account and then click on "Close" button. You can see account has been deactivated. Now let's see how to on . Step 7: Again Tap the menu button in the top right-hand corner. Step 8: Click on "Help Center." Step 9: Type "Delete Facebook Account Permanently" in the box and then click on the first search result Step 10: Now click on "let us know."
