An assistant chief somewhere in Nyamira County, Nyakeore village, was recorded thoroughly beating a husband and his wife. They were allegedly caught by village elders preparing and selling illicit brew. The couple had also abandoned their children. The sub chief had listed them in his most wanted list. This government official is no joke but his administration method seems questionable.
