Tedfufu's video: The New Fantastic Four 1978 Series In All of Its Preposterous Glory

When I did that video of the 1967 series I got a steady stream of comments wondering why I left out Magneto or pirate stuff from people who didn't realize that the 1978 series was different but I figured why not just do one of this show. The Human Torch's rights were tied up in standalone movie Marvel wanted to make but ended up not going through with. Kind of makes you wonder why make the show at all. The 70s was a dark era for animation, you can spot several animation errors and some baffling cost-cutting moves here. This show's so stupid, I love it... mostly for unintentional douchebag Reed Richards and the great Ted Cassidy (Lurch from Adams Family and a bunch of other voice acting roles) doing one great Ben Grimm. Also for Magneto... just pretend that he's high as a kite on all the drugs and Mr. Fantastic's just humoring him to see where his plan goes. P.S. I couldn't think of a better title so help a brother out. Watching these clips over and over does things to a guy. P.S.S. The other 1960s Marvel shows are next. I'm eager to see how those videos will shape up.
