TOTAL WARRIOR VLOG! SO DIRTY BUT SO GOOD! Lake District 2017 - Team JS-PT Studios. OMG OMG OMG! If you'd told me last summer that this year I'd be fit enough to be running Total Warrior 10k, crawling through mud & cow (and whatever else!) poo, soaked to the skin in rivers & ice water, electrocuted, leaping over fire into thick muddy water, climbing (and falling) over huge walls, then I'd have laughed in your face!! I need to say a huge thank you to my PT Jack Sullivan from JS-PT http://js-pt.co.uk for not only training me to where I needed to be mentally, emotionally and physically to compete in such an extreme endurance race, but to do it after having dislocated my collarbone at Christmas. A huge thank you also to Laura Fewster, who's suggestion of a JS-PT studio night out turned into a day of tough running and rolling in mud, and to Jane Edwards, the most cool and awesome Head Teacher that ever did exist and kept me level headed and filled with dirty laughter! A huge thank you also to Ricky, one of the JS-PT PTs, and to all the amazing and inspiring ladies from the studio who made the day so much fun.
