Furthermore, controlled burning in regional residential areas, as Aboriginal Australians do in the bush, prevents & limits the negative impacts of bush-fires on residents. All these strategies are designed to SAVE lives, property, & livestock, & prevent wasted billions $$ in post disaster clean up & rescue activities.
