My goal with everything I do across all my platforms is to help people transition to a healthier lifestyle. What "healthy" means is different for everyone, and I'm also NOT here to tell you which products and brands are best for your current lifestyle, situation or body. I simply want to give you as many options in products and strategies as I can, based on facts according to ingredients lists, the company's business model, etc. At the end of the day, I want to inspire everyone to be a little more conscious about their purchases, what they put IN and ON their body, and to make a daily effort to do just a little more to improve their overall health.
