Tha Legendary Sqvadron's video: Our First Park: 4ThaPeople

For years we'd been dreaming of a Parkour Park initiative across The Bay Area that would inspire more like it all over the country. And during this unprecedented time, we decided to put the dream into action! Darryl and Garett decided to build a concept in the neighborhood Darryl grew up in, to bring something beautiful to an all too often, overlooked area. After weeks of work, and a whole bunch of community encouragement and excitement from the neighborhood, one encounter with a city worker faded the dream and made us snap back to reality... Kinda what we expected haha, but not at the tail end of completion. We were forced to take the entire space apart and remove all the equipment we built IMMEDIATELY! So we had one morning to get down in the park one time , before we had to dismantle our first ever Parkour Park. It took 3 weeks to build the space, 1 day to put some moves on it, and only a couple hours to tear it all down... We wanted to do something great for the neighborhood, and bring the beauty and accessibility of Parkour to a place that could've used a sport like this when Darryl was a kid growing up here. Although we had to take down the space we poured our hearts into, we caught a lot of eyes and impressed some key figures in City Hall. And funny enough, because of all this, we might just get the chance to go legit with it right here in Darryl's hometown of Pittsburg, California! Ain't that somethin'...
