Thalia - Estrella En El Paseo De La Fama En La Calle Ocho - Miami 1996 El 4 de Mayo del 1996 Thalia fue honrada con su propia estrella en el Paseo de la Fama en la Calle Ocho del popular barrio Pequeña Habana en Miami, junto a otras renombradas figuras del exilio Cubano. Ese dia se reunieron cientos de fans, personalidades locales y renombradas figuras de la musica para celebrar el exito de la cantante Thalia. Ademas, recibio otras distinciones como las llaves de Miami y del Condado de Dade. El consulado de Mexico en Miami tambien le entrego un reconocimiento por su labor artistica y por llevar el nombre de Mexico por todo el mundo. On May 4, 1996, Thalia was honored with her own star on the Walk of Fame on Calle Ocho in the popular “Little Havana” neighborhood of Miami, along with other renowned Cuban exile figures. That day hundreds of fans, local personalities and renowned figures of the music industry gathered to celebrate Thalia's success. She also received other awards such as the Keys to Miami and Dade County. In addition, the Mexican consulate in Miami gave her the recognition for her artistic legacy and for carrying the name of Mexico throughout the world.
