In this video, I make one of my go-to comfort meals, an Italian Pasta e fagioli. This delicious pasta and bean stew uses just a few ingredients but packs in loads of flavour and is easy to make. So even if you are a beginner in the kitchen, this recipe is for you. Ingredients - 1/2 large onion 1 carron 1 stick of celery 4 large cloves of garlic 3 tbsp. oil Red chilli flakes, to taste 1/2 tsp dried rosemary Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste 1 tsp. vegetable stock powder 1 tsp vegemite 2/3 cup passata 500 ml water, from a recently boiled kettle Salt, to taste 200-250 gms any small pasta shape
