Learn how to install a new battery in a Toyota Prius, Prius AWD-e or Prius Prime Gen4. We’ll show you how to replace/change/remove with simple tips and tricks to help get you started! Tool List: 10mm wrench, 12mm wrench (we recommend a socket, socket driver and extension) - This video shows a 2022 Toyota Prius. The video can also provide guidance on Prius, Prius AWD-e and Prius Prime GEN 4 model years: 2016 – present. Does NOT apply to Prius C, plug-in or V. - The battery group size H4(also known as LN1) is used in all models and years above. - We highly recommend upgrading to an AGM battery(as seen in our video) for better performance and longer life.
