The Bearded Gamer's video: Anthem Group Tank Colossus Build Grandmaster 3 capable Pre-Cataclysm

Alrighty SO, I didn't expect the Colossus to end up being my favourite javelin, but here we are. Not only is the difference in survivability from the others, just silly, it also outputs pretty sick damage as well. Most of it AOE no less. With this build you'll be clearing GM3 legendary contracts solo (and you'll be doing that a lot considering there's so few players still playing, since for some reason Bioware or EA or whoever, can't seem to get their shit together. They release a patch fixing one thing, they break 2 more as you can see from the stats on the items in this video, although that has finally been fixed now). Here are the (corrected) stats that we get from this build : Total armor/shields gained from components : Armor : 58,904‬ (163,753 with buffs from items) Shields : 28,586 (No buffs from items) Nice to haves - Voltaic Dome (Q) : AOE damage + freeze + primer Perks from gear - Softened Blows (Universal Component) : Increases damage resistance by 75% for 5 seconds when shields run out. - Ablative Shielding (Colossus Component) : A shield break increases damage resistance by 40% for 10 seconds. - Demolition Tribute (Colossus Component) : Melee hits will cause enemies to restore 20% armor when defeated. - Vanguard Emblem (Colossus Component) : A shield break causes an explosion around you.
