I was supersetting Confessions of a Mask with Sun and Steel so one ended up blurring into the other. However, I do believe that the essence of Confessions of a Mask, or the "moral", is this becoming adult, becoming honest, and no longer hiding behind the kind of cowardice that finds its root in the ease of language and its pretensions of profundity.
