Have you ever wondered if it’s better to wash your hair, face, and body with cold water vs hot water? Here’s my 1 year update of my experiment with bathing with cold water. For 8 months I washed by skin, hair and face using only cold water. Then after 8 months, I used hot water again to see the difference. I was actually surprised by my results. There’s some things I much prefer using cold water, and other things I get much better results using hot water.
