Descent Into Avernus: After escaping the Iron Scar, the PC's are now on their way to saving the world from devils, demons, and other evil doers in their own twisted ways. RPGinger: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC5BZ... House Rules: You may notice a few odd rules within this campaign. Both the Purity Attribute and the Initiative Deck are used. Purity: This is a measure of a character's corruption. The lower the score, the more corrupt they are. Characters may be called upon to make Purity saves, and upon failures, lose points which in turn make saves harder in the future as they digress. At various ranges they may begin to take on Demonic traits or features, representing the hold that the darkness is gaining over them. Initiative Deck: Instead of rolling a die and going down the list over and over, all players, NPC's, creatures, and obstacles / challenges have a card. The deck is shuffled, and the card drawn represents the turn. More or less cards are added based upon ability scores, feats, abilities, and other rulings.
