The ship is en route Australia from Rome for its winter sailings and will be home-ported in Sydney till April 2024. Unveiled in late 2018, the Celebrity Edge stands as the inaugural vessel in Celebrity's innovative Edge Class of ships. Its name aptly captures the ship's revolutionary design, promising to redefine the cruise experience. Celebrity Cruises is the premium cruise brand headquartered in Miami, Florida and a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Caribbean Group. Built at a cost of 900 million dollars and holding 1,29,500 Gross Tonnage, Celebrity EDGE features 15 decks, 1467 cabins with capacity of 3521 passengers (maximum capacity).
