Launched officially in Singapore on June 15, 2022, with ‘Cruises to Nowhere’, Resorts World Cruises is celebrating its ‘Cruises to Somewhere’ from today as it set sails to enter international cruising with a two-night ‘Island Weekend Getaway Cruise’ to Bintan and Batam Islands in Indonesia. Subsequently, the Genting Dream (the first ship in the fleet) will also sail from Singapore to Malaysia with two-night and three-night cruises to Kuala Lumpur and Malacca (via Port Dickson) and Penang. Beginning October 2022, Resorts World Cruises will add a series of new itineraries with more destinations to Malaysia (Langkawi), Indonesia (North Bali, Surabaya) and Thailand (Phuket, Krabi). The Digital Travellers attended the official launch of Resorts World Cruises in Singapore on a two-night high-seas itinerary. With Singapore being one of the easiest travel destinations for Indians, the cruise line is expecting to receive an excellent response from this market.
