This bright and fresh tasting Broad Bean recipe is full of the Mediterranean sunshine. Having everything fresh is the key! Enjoy like you would a Bruschetta, or add scrambled eggs and Maltese Cheese. Black Olives, sliced (optional) Capers to taste (optional) Chili Pepper to taste Juice of 1 Lemon Baguette, sliced and toasted 1 clove of Garlic, whole to rub on toasted bread Olive Oil to drizzle on toast and over the dish when complete
