Almond Croissants ~ An Elegant Sweet Pastry ~Recreating Memories from Sint Maarten Let me show you how to make these "elegant and yet easy" sweet pastries called Almond Croissants! They are so delicious and will leave your friends impressed with your creation! Almond Croissants 10 store bought Croissants 1 stick softened butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp lemon juice 2 eggs 1 cup almond mill 1 Tbls ap flour Sliced almonds Powdered Sugar *Preheat oven to 350° *Mix with hand mixer the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice until nice and fluffy. Add in almond mill and ap flour. * Slice croissants in half. Spread the almond mixture on Croissants and put the top back on. Spread more mixture on top and sprinkle with sliced almonds. *bake for 15 to 20 minutes and the dust heavily with powdered sugar.
