Today I'm trying a recipe out of the TSte of Home magazine, Spanakopita that also includes asparagus as well as spinach. Asparagus Spanakopita 2 cup 1 in cuts of fresh asparagus 20 sheets of phyllo dough 1/2 cup butter melted 2 cups of torn fresh spinach 3 to 4 oz feta cheese 2Tbls butter 2 Tbls flour 1 1/2 cup half & half cream 3 Tbls lemon juice 1 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp salt Assemble per vidro instructions Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes Thank you so much for watching!
