Easy and Delicious Korean Beef and Rice Bowls 2 lbs ground beef browned 1 Tbls minced garlic 3/4 cup brown sugar 3/4 soy sauce 2 Tbls sesame oil 3/4 tsp ground ginger 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes Black pepper Green onions Sesame seeds Brown hamburger and drain. Add garlic. In a bowl mix together sugar, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, pepper flakes and black pepper. Heat until sugar is disolved. Pour over meat and simmer for about 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
