TOFU PUDDING RECIPE is presented in this easy How To video. I show how to make best sweet dessert using only healthy and natural ingredients. This mousse recipe is great for chocolate lovers and enthusiasts because there is lots of chocolate and cocoa. I added hot sauce and salt to this pudding to emphasize chocolate flavor and to give extra sensation. To make tofu chocolate mousse just follow instructions below. *This is vegan tofu recipe (There was no animal products used). TOFU 2 tbsp BREWED COFFEE TAD CINNAMON DASH VANILLA EXTRACT 1 CHOCOLATE BAR (85% COCOA) PINCH OF SALT 4 tbsp MAPLE SYRUP 2 tbsp COCOA *OPTIONAL: DROP OF HOT SAUCE FOR EXTRA KICK Instructions: 1) Place in the processing bowl: tofu, coffee, salt, maple, syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract and cocoa. Blend everything together until smooth. 2) In the mean time boil water in a pot. Place steel drainer in the pot when water is boiling. On the top of drainer place a bowl with chocolate. Melt chocolate. 3) Transfer tofu mixture to a bowl. Add melted chocolate. Combine everything together using whisker. 4) Serve and enjoy. Bon Appétit!
