The Food Nut's video: Split Pea Soup Recipe

@Split Pea Soup Recipe
Split Pea Soup Recipe is presented in this cooking video. I show how to make easy vegetarian yellow split pea soup which will be loaded with lots of healthy vegetables like carrots, celery root and parsnip. This homemade soup recipe is not only delicious but it's a proof that cooking healthy meals on the budget is very easy. This pea soup will help you incorporate nutritious ingredients to you daily diet. It has a bit sweet taste which comes from carrots and peas. It's texture can vary from watery to very thick. It all depends of how much water and split peas will be added and ultimately on your personal preference. My soup is rather on medium side because I like it this way. Nevertheless - if you prefer more watery texture than just add less peas. This soup taste even more delicious when it is served with some bread. Just dip a piece of bread and relish the taste of your dinner (or lunch)!
