CREAMY SPINACH PASTA recipe is presented in this video. I will show you how to make easy creamy spinach for any pasta you like. There are just 6 ingredients needed to make this homemade meal. All ingredients I used here are organic and natural. This vegan pasta meal is very easy to prepare. Boil your macaroni according to instructions on the package. Follow instruction below on how to make creamy spinach pasta sauce. INGREDIENTS: 1 YELLOW ONION 3 - 4 GARLIC CLOVES SPINACH 2 tbsp COOKING OIL 1/2 cup CANNED COCONUT MILK SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE Instructions: 1) Boil pasta. 2) Chop garlic in small pieces. 3) Cut onion into cubes. 4) Warm up pan and add some cooking oil. 5) Add garlic and onion. Salt and let it sauté for 10 minutes on medium - low heat. 6) Add spinach to the pan. Add as much as you want. Remember spinach will reduce its volume. Sauté. 7) Add black pepper and coconut oil. Wait until first boil and then add previously cooked pasta. Combine all ingredients on the pan. 8) Garnish with fresh green onion and serve. Bon Appétit!
