Any day can be a cheesecake day but what if it’s a weekend and it’s raining outside and you have nothing else to do than sitting cozily in your favourite spot in the house, watch your favourite show and slowly finish your favourite cheesecake alongside! Well, this easy no bake cheesecake recipe is just for those perfect moments of your life! Ingredients - Digestive Biscuit - 3 Cups Butter - 1 Cup Cream Cheese - 2 Cups Icing Sugar - 1/2 Cup Whip Cream - 3 Cups Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoons Lemon Zest - 1/2 Teaspoon Method - 1. Take digestive Biscuits, Put it into a mixer and grind it. 2. Add butter to it and mix such that it has an even texture. 3. In a springform baking pan, put a layer of this mixture and press it gently to makes a uniform layer. 4. In another bowl, put cream cheese. Add to it icing sugar, whip cream, lemon juice & lemon zest. Fold the mix gently. 5. Spread the mix on the layer of biscuit. Top it up with your choice of fruits. 6. Refrigerate for an hour & Serve.
