This amazing box takes the incredible VGA signal from the Dreamcast and outputs it to super crisp SCART and VGA. The scanline generator built in is very flexible and some of the best "simulated" scan lines I have used. **NOTE** This device was not given to me for review, I was not asked to do a review, I do not get anything/money for the review.
