This was my hair care routine when I was regrowing and revitalizing my hair from PCOS(poly cystic ovarian syndrome) hair loss. What I forgot to mention was that I also would shampoo my hair, then condition it.. let the conditioner soak in while i washed my body, shaved, etc..then rinsed it out and applied more conditioner then rinsed with cool water to seal my hair cuticles.
