Having a natural calm birth was a huge goal for me so I decided to give hypnobirthing a try, this is my experience, my honest take on it. Being someone who typically gets nervous and anxious in new intense situations I knew I had so be as prepared as I could going into birth. There are just so many fears we have had instilled in us from the very beginning, from movies, the television, and the woman around us.
