The High Priestess Studio's video: Take a Spiritual walk with me

Lately l have been making time to go for walks every day, the feeling is wonderful and refreshing to be out in nature and feeling blessed to have such beautiful reserves and parklands to explore. I love the sun and breeze on my face and the invigorating feeling that walks provide me. I am a sufferer of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Arthritis and recently had been diagnosed with Sciatic pain so l have found the walks to be incredibly beneficial. I push myself as much as I can, even if it hurts. I have lost 75kg not from the walks but from a total gastrectomy surgery l had in 2018, all the time l struggled with what l just thought was reflux and heartburn was actually a tumour growing inside my stomach. As a result it grew too large that it ended up that l had to go in and after a long 6 hours of being under the knife, they ended up removing my entire stomach, 2 metres of small intestine and half of my oesophagus which had been effected by bile burning it. In addition they have to constantly monitor my blood and l have to receive several injections to keep my vitamins up and soon will need a Iron transfusion as my levels are sitting at 9 percent which explains why l feel tired so much. The only thing is l can no longer eat as l used to, unless it’s mushy or in a smoothie. But hey, l don’t mind! It’s great to wear skinny jeans, in fact my 14 year old and l share clothes 😂 she loves that she can go to my wardrobe and pop on a trendy shirt or jacket, and boy oh boy l have suddenly become crazy about shoes, heels and boots! Here l was once Lucky if l owned 2 pairs of shoes and now, l have more than l can count! Overall, l am happier with my life. I feel peaceful and blessed. And l hope it shows. 🪬🌹 𝓢𝓽𝓪𝔂 𝓫𝓵𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓮𝓭 ~𝓚𝓪𝓻𝓮𝓷🌹
