How to Freeze Dry Gummy Bears 👇 What You’ll Need: * Your favorite gummy bears * Freeze dryer tray (lined with a silicone mat) * A freeze dryer I ❤️ my Harvest Right freeze dryer. The ones I used are blue, watermelon flavored. 2. Add the gummy bears onto a freeze dryer tray, lined with a silicone mat 3. Fire up the freeze dryer 4. Add the tray of gummy bears 5. Wait 22 hours 6. Remove tray of gummy bears from freeze dryer. The freeze-drying process removes moisture from the gummy bears and creates air bubbles, causing them to puff up in size. The Result?
