To achieve them, a whole system approach is required including the latest inkjet printheads, inks, curing technologies and verification systems. Together these can deliver a true in-line solution, but the challenges should not be underestimated. Areas covered in this presentation include: multiple head arrays to achieve high print speeds, ink/substrate interaction, UV curing at high speed, ink choice (low migration versus water-based/hybrid), inspection and verification.
