Ooh boy, a long-abandoned mod for Disgaea PC is back from the dead and it's pretty good, sadly not compatible with Netherworld Content Pack but eh, I've already had my fun with that and seeing the HD sprites in the first game without paying out the ass for Complete as well as a console that has it is great. Has to swap a few races around that don't have HD versions and characters that have never had HD sprites like Gordon and Jennifer remain in SD but hey, at least it's a free mod and not a full price "remaster". Personally I'm hoping the same can be done for Disgaea 2 PC but that doesn't have anywhere near as much of a modding scene so hope there is slim.
