A trip to Gatton! We got a chance to have a tour to UQ Gatton Campus which mostly focuses on agriculture and animal studies. Then we also visit Awassi Cheesery, a home industry cheese maker made from sheep milk. The owner is really passionate about her job and make sure that her sheep herd is always in a primary condition. We also tasted some dlicious cheese and got to see the sheep from up close!
