Welcome to our October Dance Series, showcasing the many talents of our dance ensembles. Our student groups: Lawrenceville Dance Team, Tour de Force, LKrew, Suave, and FRObeats storm the stage with student choreography alongside the Lawrenceville School Dance Collective who train as an ensemble at a pre-professional level. This also marks the second season (2020-2021) for the Lawrenceville School Dance Collective (LSDC). The October Dance Series is an opportunity for our School's premier dancers to continue to  learn, grow, polish, and expand their craft through both pre-professional training and performance. The Collective is committed to empowering our dancer/athletes with the crucial leadership and development skills that help to facilitate achievement and success on the stage, in the classroom, in everyday life, the community and beyond. Our dancers are always pushing themselves to greater heights, facing bolder challenges, working collaboratively, problem-solving complex choreographic computations, and pushing themselves to the edge. That passion and energy are what sets them leaps and bounds ahead, giving them a leg up for life's many challenges. LSDC Mission: LSDC is a dance-specific opportunity to enact the Lawrenceville School mission. The Collective inspires dancers "to lead lives of learning, integrity, and high purpose and to inspire the best in each to seek the best for all," through performance and choreographic opportunities for emerging dancers and choreographers.
