In most orchestras or chamber works, the harp is there to provide background harmony to the melody of the lead instrument, except for those occasions it'll make that amazing glissandos you'll often hear with harps. This time though, I think the harp takes equal footing with the rest of the instruments. I'm a big fan of this arrange, it reminds me of some of the older Final Fantasy works by Nobuo Uematsu. This one reminds me of "Elia, the Maiden of Water" from Final Fantasy 3, in particular. Enjoy!
