Maias Netball's video: My Netball Vlog 5 - Yoga in the snow with Gemma Merna

We had a busy Wednesday lined up netball wise so it created another great opportunity to vlog. After talking about all the yoga time-lapse videos that we see on this vlog has the ultimate SNOW-GA time-lapse in it! Yes, you heard right, (yoga in the snow), is a new activity they are trying out at Chill Factore and Bekah, Joyce, Liana and I were lucky enough to be the Guinea Pigs! So not only does my yoga video stand out amongst the rest because it's in the snow but after editing I realised that it weirdly goes to the music and we look like some sort of edgy dance group 😂😂😂 As well as the we really did have a busy day. We started off with our normal netball session. Me and Liana had a teeth to nose collision in the first demo of the session 🤦🏾‍♀️ My teeth, for the first time in my life, genuinely felt numb which was a bizarre sensation. Liana had a nose bleed so obviously I felt terrible but I think we both just butted heads and fortunately Liana is lovely and as tough as nails! After we had an hour to do weights, have a shower then go to . As you will see we were pretty ‘meh’ in weights, sometimes it's like that but you just get it done!
