From a very young age Sophie used to sit in my coaching sessions with the older girls and just soaked it all in. Even though she wasn't involved she would leave using all the terminology and having a good understanding about the context of the session. I would get reports from her Mum about how she was putting the things she watched into practice at her weekend games. To me that is just amazing! Sophie clearly shares the same love I had for the game when I was her age and is hungry to develop as a player. This girl is a a hard working and a smart netball player and that's why I had to have Sophie in my Mainet Team.
