The Milkshake Netball Drill is a definitely player favourite across all ages and ability levels. I have yet to come across a player that doesn't love it! Although it looks very busy and complicated it's actually quite simple once you have learnt the movement pattern. It works on clearing, driving, timing, footwork, passing, agility, accuracy of passing and team connection. It's suitable for all ages and is easily simplified for beginners. Basically it's a great drill all round great drill!
